SHIPPING
PROCESSING
Orders typically ship within 1 business day. Tracking is emailed after shipment.
SHIPPING COST
U.S. orders of $30 or more after discounts ship free with USPS Ground Advantage. For orders under $30 after discounts, shipping is calculated at checkout.
USPS DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Ground Advantage: 3–6 business days.
Priority Mail: 2–4 business days.
Carrier estimates may change because of weather, holidays, or other delays outside Squatchee, LLC’s control.
RETURNS
30-DAY RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Opened and unopened products are eligible when returned in reasonable condition.
RETURN SHIPPING
Free return shipping is provided for eligible returns.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Bank processing may take several additional business days.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS
Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review the order and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Return shipping is covered for approved damaged or defective items.
PURCHASES FROM ANOTHER RETAILER
Purchases made through Amazon or another retailer are subject to that retailer’s return policy. Contact the retailer where the order was placed.
